Which fruit is lowest in carbs?
There is no single answer unless you compare fruit by the same weight and use the same definition of carbohydrate. For everyday tracking, berries are usually a useful place to start.
Start with berries
Blackberries, raspberries and strawberries are generally among the lowest-carb sweet fruits when equal weights are compared. They tend to contain less carbohydrate than fruits such as bananas, grapes, mangoes and pineapple.

The exact order can vary between food databases, fruit varieties and levels of ripeness. Rather than focusing on one winner, treat lower-carb berries as a group and log the specific type and amount you eat.
Some technical answers are less useful
Avocado is botanically a fruit and is low in digestible carbohydrate, but most people use it as a savoury food. Rhubarb is also low in carbohydrate, although the edible part is a stalk and it is often prepared with added sugar.

Lemons and limes can look low in carbohydrate because they are usually eaten in small amounts. That does not make them a practical replacement for a serving of fruit, so the most useful comparison depends on how you actually eat each option.
Total carbs and net carbs are different
Total carbohydrate includes fibre in some tracking systems, while net carbohydrate subtracts fibre. UK food labels usually list fibre separately from carbohydrate, whereas entries from other countries may follow a different convention.

This can make the same fruit appear to have different carb values across apps or labels. Check how your tracker handles fibre, then use that method consistently rather than mixing total and net figures.
Compare the portion you eat
A fruit may be lower in carbohydrate by weight but still contribute more if you eat a larger portion. Weighing your usual serving gives a more relevant result than comparing one whole fruit with a handful of another.
Fresh and frozen fruit without added ingredients are broadly comparable when logged by weight. Dried fruit is more concentrated because much of its water has been removed, while canned or prepared fruit may include added ingredients, so check the entry before logging it.
