Dolcetti soufflé al cioccolato nella slow cooker
A dire il vero, questi dolcetti dovevano essere tortini dal cuore morbido, ma per errore (o per ispirazione divina) non sono diventati fondenti. Abbiamo invece ottenuto questi dolcetti dalla consistenza leggera (da qui il nome «soufflé») e dal gusto intenso, perfetti così com’erano. Ho quindi mantenuto questo felice incidente, li ho ribattezzati e ora eccoli qui anche per la vostra gioia!
Ingredienti

In a large bowl, using a hand mixer on medium-high speed, mix the butterAmount6 tbspIngredientbutter, softened and sugar together for about 2 minutes, until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Reduce the speed to low, mix in the vanilla, then mix in the flour and salt, until just combined. Pour in the melted chocolate and mix together until fully incorporated.
