Piatto per la colazione con frutti di bosco e chia, un inizio di giornata fresco e vivace

Ingredienti
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, dairy, or coconut)
- 1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or skyr (optional but great for protein)
- 2 tablespoons granola or toasted nuts/seeds
- Pinch of sea salt
- Optional toppings: shredded coconut, lemon zest, nut butter drizzle, fresh mint
Preparazione
- 1
Make the chia base: In a jar or bowl, whisk milk, chia seeds, vanilla, sweetener, and a pinch of salt. Let it sit 10 minutes, whisk again to break clumps.
- 2
Chill: Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. You want a spoonable, pudding-like texture.
- 3
Prep the berries: Rinse and pat dry. Slice strawberries if using. If berries aren’t very sweet, toss with a tiny squeeze of lemon and a little maple.
- 4
Assemble the plate: Spoon chia pudding and Greek yogurt onto a plate or shallow bowl. Add the berries in clusters.
- 5
Add crunch: Sprinkle granola or toasted nuts/seeds. Finish with coconut, lemon zest, or a small drizzle of honey.
- 6
Serve: Enjoy right away, or cover and chill for up to a few hours if serving later.
