Calamaretti fritti spagnoli – puntillitas fritas

Le puntillitas fritas, ovvero i calamaretti fritti come vengono chiamati in inglese, sono molto popolari nel sud della Spagna. Anche se non si conosce una data precisa di creazione del piatto, si ritiene che furono i marinai del III secolo d.C. a introdurre per primi diversi tipi di pesce fritto. Da allora sono rimasti sotto i riflettori della cucina andalusa.
Ingredienti

- 100 g of regular (wheat) Flour
- Extra virgin olive oil
