Pasta cremosa con pollo Buffalo
A volte basta un pasto cremoso, ricco di formaggio e carboidrati, e questa pasta con pollo Buffalo fa proprio al caso tuo. È una ricetta facilissima, preparata con formaggio spalmabile leggero, salsa Buffalo e ranch e un sacco di formaggio: la cena perfetta per una sera infrasettimanale.

- 2 tablespoons buffalo wing sauce
- 2 tablespoons ranch sauce
- 100 g (1 cup) cheddar cheese, grated
- 100 g (1 cup) Monterey jack (or gouda) cheese, grated
