Ingredienti
- 4 pork chops
- 1/4 tsp salt (to taste)
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper (to taste)
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt (to taste)
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 10.5 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup (1 can)

Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of garlic salt on both sides.

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and brown the pork chops on both sides. Once browned, remove them from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add sliced mushrooms and chopped onion. Sauté for about 1 minute to start releasing flavor.

Place the browned pork chops back into the skillet on top of the mushroom and onion mixture.

Pour the cream of mushroom soup over the top.

Cover the skillet with a lid, reduce the heat to medium-low, and let everything simmer for 20–30 minutes. Pork is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
