Da oltre dieci anni mi impegno a creare versioni senza glutine dei miei dolci preferiti. Questi biscotti di zucchero si basano sulla ricetta di mia madre, che uso da oltre 30 anni, e finalmente sono riuscita a prepararne una versione senza glutine all’altezza. Sono DAVVERO buoni. E non solo «buoni per essere biscotti di zucchero senza glutine».

  • 5 cups Namaste gluten free flour blend
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup butter, room temperature
  • 5 cups powdered sugar
