Il riso ai funghi è un contorno rustico ed elegante, ricco del buon sapore terroso dei funghi. La nota di zenzero e aglio si abbina davvero bene al riso. È bello da vedere, delizioso e un’alternativa molto sana al solito riso in bianco.

Ingredienti

  • 5 Cups Cooked Rice
  • 3 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 lb Mushroom
  • 1 Habanero pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp minced Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger
  • 1/2 cup onions (diced )
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 2 Green Onions
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce

Preparazione

    Heat up the Oil in a pan and add the minced garlic, Ginger, Onion, and minced habanero. Stir continuously and cook until the Onions are soft. About 3 to 4 minutes

    Add the mushroom and cook till reduced

    Add bell pepper, green peas and season with salt and black pepper Fry them, over medium-high heat, until the peppers begin to soften.

    Put the rice in. Toss for a few minutes until the rice is heated through.

    Season with soy sauce and pepper. Mix until well combined.

    Stir in with green onions.

    Serve and enjoy your mushroom fried rice
