Braciole di maiale allo zucchero di canna

Le braciole di maiale allo zucchero di canna sono un piatto delizioso, dai sapori dolci e sapidi: per preparare le migliori braciole basta un po’ d’olio d’oliva, una miscela di condimenti secchi e il forno! La carne di maiale cuoce fino a dorarsi alla perfezione e serve una sola teglia.
Ingredienti
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt ((see notes))
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 pounds boneless pork chops ((about 6 pork chops))
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preheat the oven to 425℉. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

In a small bowl, combine the light brown sugar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, onion powder, salt & pepper.

Add the pork chops to the casserole pan in a single layer. Drizzle the olive oil over top and rub the pork chops with the oil making sure to coat each one on all sides.

Sprinkle both sides of the pork chops with the seasoning mixture and press the seasoning mixture into each pork chop.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145℉.

Allow the pork chops to rest for 5 minutes before serving warm.
