Gnocchi alla carbonara

Gli gnocchi alla carbonara sono un piatto incredibilmente facile e cremoso, pronto in soli 15 minuti. Usa gnocchi già pronti per una cena veloce e confortante, con una ricca salsa carbonara e croccanti pezzetti di pancetta.
Ingredienti

- 130 g (4.5 oz) guanciale or pancetta
- 40 g (1.5 oz) pecorino cheese, grated
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
