  • 4-6 fresh Asparagus stalks
  • 3 Eggs (room temperature)
  • Salt and Black Pepper (as needed for seasoning)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley (for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Milk
