Broccoli facili all’aglio e parmigiano

I broccoli all’aglio e parmigiano sono un contorno gustoso che piace a tutti! Broccoli arrostiti con istruzioni per la friggitrice ad aria e il forno. Un piatto sano amato da tutta la famiglia, con aglio, olio d’oliva, limone, pinoli e cimette di broccoli.

Ingredienti

  • 2 heads Broccoli
  • 3 cloves Garlic (sliced)
  • 4 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • juice 1/2 lemon
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons Pine Nuts (toasted)
  • garnish with fresh basil (optional)

Preparazione

    --- Oven Roasted Method ---

    Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Cut the broccoli into small, even sized florets. Wash and pat dry the broccoli.

    Place broccoli on a baking tray. Using your hands, toss with olive oil and sliced garlic and salt until completely coated.

    Roast in oven for 15 minutes, until the tips of the broccoli start to slightly brown.

    Squeeze the juice of ½ a lemon over your roasted broccoli. Toss through grated parmesan which will melt from the heat of the broccoli. Serve and enjoy.

    --- Air Fryer Method ---

    Preheat Air Fryer to 375°F (190°C).

    Cut the broccoli into small, even sized florets. Wash and pat dry the broccoli.

    Place broccoli in a bowl. Using your hands, toss with olive oil and sliced garlic and salt until completely coated.

    Place in Air Fryer basket and roast for 8-9 minutes until broccoli is tender and easily pierced with a fork.

    Squeeze the juice of ½ a lemon over your roasted broccoli. Toss through grated parmesan which will melt from the heat of the broccoli. Serve and enjoy.
