Biscotti senza glutine all’avena e burro di arachidi (anche vegani)

Questi deliziosi biscotti morbidi senza glutine all’avena e burro di arachidi sono ricchi di gocce di cioccolato fuso e si possono preparare anche in versione vegana! Usare zucchero di cocco al posto dello zucchero di canna aiuta inoltre a mantenerli molto morbidi per qualche giorno.
Ingredienti
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 2 cups coconut sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup gluten-free flour blend (I use Namaste for these)
- 1 cup dark chocolate chunks or melts
