Iced Cafe con Miel (Spanish Coffee with Honey)

Ingredienti

• 2 cups freshly brewed coffee
• 1/2 cup milk or non-dairy alternative
• 4 tablespoons honey
• 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 cup ice cubes

   Combine all the ingredients into a small pot on low heat until warm and honey dissolves.
