  • 500 grams Baby Potatoes
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Piri Piri Seasoning
  • 2 tsp Fresh Parsley (Finely chopped)
  • Salt & Black Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Chilli Flakes
  • Cajun Seasoning
  • Grated Parmesan
  • Dried Herbs (During Cooking)
  • Fresh Herbs (For Garnishing)

Preparazione

    Chop: Wash and dry baby potatoes before chopping them in half.

    Season: In a large bowl, mix the oil in with your chosen seasonings.In this example, we have used piri piri seasoning.

    Stir: Put the chopped potatoes into the bowl with the oil and seasoning, stir through to makes sure they are fully coated.

    Air Fryer: Transfer into the air fryer basket. Ensure they fit in a single layer for even results.Set the air fryer to 190°C and the cook time to 20 minutes, shaking the air fryer basket halfway through the cooking time.

    Check: After 20 minutes, check to see if the potatoes are golden brown. Use a fork to check they are tender throughout. Cook for longer if needed. (larger potatoes or whole new potatoes may need more time)

    Ready: Your air fryer baby potatoes are ready to be served and devoured!

    Garnish: Great served with a sprinkle of fresh herbs.
