Biscotti venezuelani alle mandorle, o polvorosas de almendra

Questi biscotti alle mandorle, chiamati «polvorosa», devono il loro nome alla consistenza farinosa dell’impasto, che si scioglie in bocca come polvere. - 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup shortening
