How to make Pasta With Sun-dried Tomato Sauce
📝 Ingredients
- 110 grams dried tomatoes (a bit less than 1 cup
- 1/2 cup parmesan
- 1/2 cup olive oil (or you can use the oil in the dried tomatoes jar)
- A small bunch parsley (around 1/2 cup)
- Sprinkles of dried oregano and black pepper.
- For garnish I used Mozzarella pearls and cut dried tomatoes with fresh herbs.
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1--- Steps ---
- 2Cook your choice of pasta as instructed on the package. I used pipe rigate. In a food processor, place all the ingredients except for the olive oil.
- 3Turn machine on and drizzle the olive oil until you reach the right sauce consistency. You can add some of the pasta water to make it more liquid-y.
- 4Mix with pasta, garnish with mozzarella, and serve warm!
- 5Leftovers can be stored 4 days in the fridge or up to 2 months in the freezer.
