Ingredients
- 40 sheets of dumpling wrappers
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
- 500 gr ground beef
- 2 leaves cabbage, cut into small pieces
- 20 gr chives, sliced
- 5 shiitake mushrooms, cut into small pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cm ginger, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp white pepper powder

Mix all the filling ingredients.

Take a piece of wrappers then put a tsp of filling on.

Dip a finger on water then spread around the edge of wrapper.

Fold it in half then sealed.

Repeat until finish.

In a pan, heat a tbsp of oil then put the dumplings in.

Cook until golden brown at the bottom.

Pour some water then cover the pan with the lid.

Boil them for about 3 minutes.

Lift up the lid then put them in a serving. Enjoy the gyoza while it's warm.
