Ingredients

  • 400 g chicken
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can of corn
  • 200 g cheese (I use mozzarella and cheddar)
  • 1 tablespoon of korean chilli paste
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

    Cut chicken into bite size. Marinate with all the spices for at least an hour. Set aside.

    Slice the onion, fry over medium high heat until a bit brownish. Add chicken and keep stirring until the chicken is almost well done.

    Put the chicken in the middle of the pan and add corn and cheese around it. Close the lid and lower the heat to medium low heat until the cheese melted. Done.
