  • 1 can corn
  • 1 avocado chopped
  • 1 jalapeño sliced
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/2 red onion chopped
  • Small bunch of parsley chopped
  • Paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 garlic clove grated
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 2 tbsp yogurt (optional)
  • Small sprinkles of ground cumin and salt
  • You can use any seasoning you prefer here. I used:
  • Olive oil
  • 1-2 tbsp tomato paste
  • Ground cumin
  • Ground ginger
  • Dried oregano
  • Dried basil
  • Onion powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Cayenne
  • Salt and pepper

    In A Pan On Medium High, Cook The Corn For A Few Minutes With Paprika, Salt And Pepper.

    Once Cooled, Add All The Ingredients Together, Taste And Adjust Seasoning.

    Mix All The Ingredients Together. Add 1 Tbsp Of Water At A Time Until A Creamy (But Not Too Runny) Consistency Is Achieved. Taste And Adjust The Salt.

    There Are No Specific Measurements Here, I Just Add Generously And Mix Together All The Ingredients.

    Add To The Chicken And Toss To Coat Completely.

    Place In A Preheated Oven On 200 Degrees Around 40 Minutes Or Until The Chicken Is Cooked Through.
