Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oat flour
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup cashew butter
- 2 tbsp coconut butter or oil (start with 1 & adjust if needed)
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or coconut sugar (start with 1 and add more if you want sweeter)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Dash of sea salt
- and as many sprinkles as you’d like.

In your blender or food processor, add oats & coconut flakes and process until into a flour.

Next, add in the cashews and do the same.

Add in the remaining ingredients & blend until a dough forms.

If the dough feels really wet, you can add in more cashews, coconut or oats.

If not sweet enough, add in more maple syrup.

remove from the blender add to a bowl with sprinkles and roll into bite size balls

Depending on the size, a batch will make 12-25 balls! I recommend doubling the batch to begin with & keep in fridge or freezer!
