Ingredients

  • 200 gr white fish fillet (I'm using frozen fish), minced
  • 200 gr tapioca flour
  • 100 gr all purpose flour
  • 75 ml water*
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1 spring onion, sliced
  • *note: the frozen fish contain a lot of water so that is why I only need less amount of water.
  • 500 ml Water
  • 2cm2cm Dried kelp
  • 1 tsp anchovy powder
  • 1 tbsp chili paste
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 spring onion, sliced

    Mix all the ingredients. -

    Form it into balls. -

    Put them into boiling water. -

  5. 5

    Once floated, take them out. Served with the soup.

    Boil the water, then add dried kelp and anchovy powder. -

    Take out the kelp, then add the rest of the ingredients. -

    Bring to boil. Turn off the heat. Ready to use.
