Tropical mango salsa for the BBQ

This tropical mango salsa with pineapple, lime and fresh herbs is a wonderfully fresh addition to your BBQ. Quick to make and full of flavour.
Ingredients
- 1 mango
- 1/2 pineapple
- juice of 1/2 lime
- handful of fresh cilantro
- handful of fresh mint
- 1/2 red chili pepper
- good olive oil
- salt & pepper

1. Clean the mango and the pineapple. I find it handy to do this with little gadgets, like a mango slicer and that tool you use to core a pineapple (what is that actually called?). Cut the fruit into nice small cubes of about 1/2 centimeter. 2. Remove the seeds from the chili and chop it very finely. Wash the fresh herbs and chop them finely as well. Put all the ingredients together in a bowl, stir well and taste to see how much salt & pepper you want to add. It's best to make this first: the longer it sits, the more the flavours meld together and that only makes it better.
