Avocado stuffed with a creamy shrimp filling, finished with chives, lime and a touch of Tabasco. A quick, impressive starter for any occasion.

📝 Ingredients

  • 1 avocado per two people
  • small tub of Dutch shrimp
  • spring onion
  • crème fraîche
  • lime
  • fresh chives
  • clove of garlic
  • salt
  • Tabasco

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Halve the avocado and carefully scoop out the flesh, placing the empty shells on a plate. Mash the avocado in a bowl, squeeze the garlic clove, slice the spring onion and chives into rings and add them to the avocado. Stir in the shrimp, two spoonfuls of crème fraîche and some lime zest and juice to taste. Season with salt and, of course, a few drops of Tabasco. Spoon the mixture back into the hollowed avocado halves, garnish with some chive sprigs and a lime wedge and tadaaa: you have a culinary starter!
