Ingredients

  • 200 g Hakka noodles
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1/4 cup chopped spring onions
  • 1/2 cup julienned carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Optional: sesame seeds and green onion for garnish

Instructions

    Boil noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

    Heat oil in a wok and sauté garlic until golden.

    Add chili flakes, onions, and vegetables. Stir-fry on high heat for 2–3 minutes.
