These turkey wraps are quick, flavorful and satisfyingly filling. With chorizo, bell pepper and Greek yogurt you can put a complete meal on the table in no time.

📝 Ingredients

  • 100 g chorizo (or salami), diced
  • 300 g turkey breast, cut into strips
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tablespoon spicy smoked paprika
  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 4 tortilla wraps
  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 bag of endive (250 g)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Start by chopping and preparing all the ingredients. Heat the sauté pan and fry the chorizo in it.Then add the turkey, onion and bell pepper and stir-fry everything for about 5 minutes – until the turkey is cooked through. Sprinkle the paprika powder over it and add some salt and pepper to taste if you like.Dice the tomatoes and add them. Make sure the juicy insides of the tomatoes go into the pan too; that makes it nicely saucy.Warm the tortillas and spread them with Greek yogurt. Scatter some raw endive over them and then spoon in some of the turkey mixture. You can fold the wraps closed or eat them like a sort of pizza. Enjoy!
