Salmon tartare cakes with sesame-avocado

These fresh salmon tartare cakes with sesame-avocado are an impressive starter you can easily prepare ahead of time. With fresh salmon, soy sauce, lemon and creamy avocado, you'll have a festive dish on the table in no time.
Ingredients
- 200 grams fresh salmon
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 lemon
- 1 avocado
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions

1. Line the small bowls with plastic wrap. If you have ring molds, that's even easier. I just didn't have them on hand, so this works too. Take a sharp knife, remove the skin from the salmon and cut the fillet into small dice. Mix the salmon cubes with the soy sauce and the lemon juice.2. Press the salmon mixture into the bowls (if you're making this dish for a dinner, you can prepare the bowls in advance, keep them in the fridge and finish the rest of the dish on the night itself).3. Mash half the avocado with a fork and divide it between the two bowls. Slice the other half of the avocado thinly and roll the slices in the sesame seeds. Turn the bowls over onto the plates, gently lift them off and remove the plastic wrap. Garnish the salmon tartare cakes with the sesame-avocado strips. Time to eat!
