  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (or mint)

  • 4 pita bread rounds
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
