Chicken (or turkey) makes it a little leaner than a beef burger, so you can feel great while piling it high with flavorful pepper jack cheese, avocado, and corn chips. It’s a fiesta in every bite!

- 1In a small bowl, stir together the mayo and lime juiceAmount1 tbspIngredientlime juice. Place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- 2In a medium bowl, using clean hands, combine the ground chicken or turkey, breadcrumbs, seasoned salt, chili powder, cayenne pepperAmount¼ tspIngredientground cayenne pepper, and garlic. Divide and shape the mixture into 4 equal patties. Refrigerate until ready to cook.
- 3Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill, or warm the oil in the grill pan, add the patties, and cook for about 6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
