  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley
  • 150 grams unsalted butter
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 litre milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 250 grams Kefalograviera cheese
