Gluten Free Devilled Eggs ‘n Bacon

Ingredients
- Hard Boiled Eggs- you can hard boil them yourself or buy them already hard-boiled.Mayonnaise- gluten free of course Gluten free mustard- I like the stone ground varieties.Gluten free bacon- cooked and chopped into small piecesPaprika- I like to use the smoked and sweet combo.Salt and PepperGreen onions- chopped finely. You will also need a bowl to mix everything in, a knife and a cutting board, and a spoon to scoop it back into the egg or a ziplock baggie to make it fancy. If you use a baggie, put the filling into it, seal it then cut a small hole in the corner so you can pipe it into the egg.
Instructions

--- When I make these, I hard boil the eggs the night before so they can cool in the fridge overnight. If I am in a hurry, I will buy the eggs already hardboiled, usually from Costco. The first step is to cut the eggs in half the long way. (I am assuming you already made them hard-boiled and removed the shell ;))Secondly, scoop the yolk out of the egg and into a bowl. Try not to rip the white part of the egg.Use a fork to mash up the egg yolks.Add in the mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.Add in the bacon and onions and stir again.Use a spoon or a zip top baggie to put the filling back into the egg white.Sprinkle the paprika on top.Garnish with additional green onions if you desire.Enjoy! ---
