Ingredients
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup of water (give or take)
- Ground beef 130g
- 1 onion chopped
- Handful of pine nuts
- Pomegranate molasses
- Olive oil
- Salt, pepper, ground cumin, herbes de Provence

Knead Until A Dough Is Formed. Let Rest And Prepare The Filling In The Meantime.

In A Heated Pan Toast The Pine Nuts Until Golden.

Remove, Add Olive Oil And Cook The Onion Until Golden.

Scoop Them To The Side And Add The Beef.

Add All The Seasoning To Taste And Cook Just Until The Meat Is Cooked Through.

Add A Drizzle Of Pomegranate Molasses, Mix And Taste To Adjust Any Of The Seasoning.

Set Aside To Completely Cool Before Using.

Once the dough is done, roll and cut out circles with a cup or cookie cutter.

Fill around 1/2 a tbsp of the meat mix, fold and seal with a fork to give it a nice shape.

Place on a baking sheet and brush with a beaten egg.

Cook in the oven on high just until they turn golden (8-10 minutes).

Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and serve with greek yogurt. Enjoy!
