Egg and Olive Sandwich

Hard-boiled eggs get mashed with chopped olives, mayonnaise, mustard, and simple seasonings for a creamy sandwich filling with a little extra punch. Serve it on bread with lettuce, spinach, tomato, or scoop it over greens with crackers on the side.

    Crack eggsAmount6Ingredienteggs and remove shell, add to the bowl and use a fork to smash them. Mix everything together thoroughly and place in fridge to cool before serving.

    Serve on bread with lettuce or spinach, sliced tomatoes, etc. This can also be served on a bed of lettuce or with crackers/ chips.
