Air Fryer Biscuits and Gravy
Fluffy homemade biscuits cook right in the air fryer while a quick sausage gravy comes together on the stove. It’s creamy, cozy, peppery, and built for two plates of full-on breakfast comfort.

Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a small bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder, sugar, cream of tartarAmount1/4 tspIngredientcream of tartar, and salt. Add the butter and, using your fingers, mix until it resembles coarse crumbs.
