Banana Nut Bread
Overripe bananas, butter, and sugar bake into a tender loaf that’s simple, cozy, and perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a thick slice with coffee. Add chopped nuts for crunch, or leave them out for a smooth, classic banana bread.

In a large bowl, mix together butter, eggs and banana with a hand mixer. In a separate bowl, combine sugar, flour, baking powderAmount1 tspIngredientbaking powder and baking soda. Using the hand mixer, mix together the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until well combined. Add in the chopped nuts and mix until evenly distributed.

Pour batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 55 minutes at 350 degrees, until dark golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool in pan for 10 minutes, remove from pan and let cool another 10 minutes before cutting. Cut and serve!
