Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana (mashed (1/2 cup))
  • 1 sweet apple (grated (1 cup))
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup walnuts (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

    Preheat oven & mash banana: Heat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Mash banana in a bowl.

    Form cookies: Scoop about 2 tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet, shaping each cookie into a round, about 2 inches (5 cm) wide.
