- 1 red bell pepper, sliced and grilled or roasted
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil spray or 1 tablespoon olive oil
