Grilled Marinated Skirt Steak
This skirt steak gets a savory marinade made with soy sauce, lemon, Dijon, Worcestershire, garlic, and shallot, then hits the grill until charred outside and juicy inside. Slice it thin, pile it onto a platter, and let it do the whole “casual dinner that feels kind of fancy” thing.
