Apple and Bacon Stuffed Pork Chops

These chops get packed with sweet apples, salty bacon, shallots, and garlic, then seared until golden before finishing in the oven. It’s savory, a little sweet, and very “Sunday dinner energy” without needing a whole Sunday to make it.
