Seasoned Whitefish with Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Spinach
Seasoned whitefish provides protein, while spinach is rich in vitamins and minerals — and the whole dish gets a flavor boost from the sundried tomatoes. Simple to prepare and cook, it’s a perfect busy weeknight meal. Best of all, this dinner is absolutely delicious!

Season both sides of the fish with salt, pepper, cayenne, and paprikaAmount1/4 tspIngredientpaprika. In a large pan over medium heat, warm the oil. Add the garlic and cook about 1 minute, until it begins to brown. Carefully add the fish to the pan. Cover and cook about 8-10 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove the fish, cover, and set aside.
