Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease either a 9x7, 8×8-inch baking dish or you can also use several small ramekins.To achieve a silky texture, blend the cottage cheese, oats, eggs, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, lemon zest and cinnamon until smooth. If you prefer a more textured consistency, whisk everything together instead of blending.Gently stir in the fresh blueberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
