    In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, honey, bananas, and vanilla. Slowly whisk in the almond milk and coconut oilAmount1/4 cupIngredientmelted coconut oil.

Pour mixture into 12 greased muffin pans, and bake for 30 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes before removing them from the pans and finish cooling on a wire rack.
