- 16 oz lump crab
- 1 - 8 oz can water chestnuts, drained, chopped
- 1 - 6 oz jar pimentos, drained
- 1 - 8 oz bar cream cheese, softened
- 2 fresh garlic cloves, grated
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1⁄2 tsp old bay seasoning
- 1 Tbs fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄2-1 Tbs Siracha depending on level of spice desired
- 1⁄4 cup sliced green onion
- 1⁄2 tsp salt
- 1⁄4 tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix the cream cheese with the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay spice, Siracha, salt & pepper. Mix together very well until smooth.

Stir in the water chestnuts, shredded cheese, pimentos and green onions.

Fold in the crab being careful not to break it apart too much.

Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly.

Serve hot with crudite, chips, crackers, tortillas or toasted bread.
