Carrot Loaf Cake

You don't have to be a rabbit to love this Carrot Loaf Cake! We've taken everything you love about carrot cake and baked it into a smaller loaf. This spice cake is filled with walnuts, carrots, and cinnamon, making it the perfect dessert or snack for those with a sweet tooth.

    Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Lightly grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

    In a large bowl, stir together the sugar, brown sugar, egg, oil, and vanilla, until fully combined, then stir in the carrots. Add the flour mixture into the carrot mixture, stirring until just combined. Pour into the prepared loaf pan.
