When a baby is ready to begin solid foods, which is typically around 6 months old, yogurt may be offered.

Ingredients

  • 1 handful of crushed almonds
  • 1 bowl of yogurt
  • 1 handful of raspberries (blueberries or strawberries can also be used)

Instructions

    Wash and dry the fruits.

    Then lightly mash them with a fork.

    Crush the almonds in a separate place.

    Mix the crushed almonds and fruits with the yogurt.

    On hot days, you can serve it like ice cream using yogurt kept in the fridge.

    If you wish, you can pour this mixture into small molds, store it in the freezer, and serve it to your baby as healthy ice creams.
