Instructions

    In a large pot over medium-high heat, warm ½ tablespoon of oil. Add the sausage, breaking it up, cooking for 6–8 minutes, until browned and no longer pink. Remove the sausage and set aside.

    In the same pot, add the remaining oil. Add the onion and cook for 5-7 minutes until lightly browned. Stir in the garlicAmount2Ingredientgarlic cloves, minced, salt, and pepper, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant.

    Pour in the wine, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pot. Let it simmer for 1 minute to reduce slightly.
