Instructions

    In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauceAmount1/4 cupIngredientlow-sodium soy sauce, Worcestershire, oil, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper. In a large resealable bag, add the marinade and sirloin fillets, marinating for 15 minutes.

    In a large pan or grill pan over medium-high heat, warm the oil. Add the steaks and cook about 5-6 minutes per side, until the outside is browned. Remove from pan and rest for 3 minutes before slicing. Slice against the grain into ¼-inch strips.
