Chicken Pot Pie with Crescent Rolls
A quick and easy chicken pot pie topped with flaky crescent rolls, perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Diced onions
- 1 cup Diced carrots
- 1 cup Diced celery
- 2 cups Cooked chicken (Shredded or cubed)
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup (Or homemade sauce)
- 1 cup Frozen peas
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
- 2 cans Crescent rolls (For the crust, can use a flavored variety as desired)

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat, then add diced onions, carrots, and celery. Sauté until softened.
