  • 2 teaspoons (10 mL) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon (2.4 g) Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon (1.5 g) garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.5 g) kosher or fine sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon (0.6 g) freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 pound (454 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 large bell pepper (, cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 1 large sweet onion (, cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 12 ounces (340 g) andouille sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch thick pieces
  • 1 cup (175 g) cherry tomatoes

Instructions

    Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, sea salt, and pepper together in a large mixing bowl. Add the shrimp and toss until well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Thread alternating pieces of bell pepper, onion, shrimp, and andouille sausage onto skewers. Top each skewer with 1-2 cherry tomatoes.
