Chicken Marsala Recipe

A classic Italian-American dish featuring chicken breasts and mushrooms in a rich Marsala wine sauce.
Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 cup Marsala Wine
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 8 ounces Mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped)

1. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness using a meat mallet.

2. Dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off the excess.

3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

4. In the same skillet, add the butter and mushrooms. Cook until the mushrooms are browned.
